It all started with secret phone calls in the closet. Actually, it was a vacant office. It was a vacant office and we were on a secret mission to pitch a rebrand. Hannah, a brand manager, wanted to own Oregon and I wanted to put make a mark on a legacy wine. Together, we worked with the winemaker Sarah Cabot (a badass) to stitch together the pieces of her story. Again and again we heard her say that this wine can stand up to anything. We heard her say that it’s dependable, consistent, steadfast, damn good Oregon Pinot. Then she said, “It’s my little gladiatrix” and it all clicked. Now we’ve all made our mark. Featuring custom illustrations and a custom logo mark with subtle post-print tooling.
